It’s time for Encounter the Father.

Before anything in you gets fixed, addressed or healed, this weekend starts somewhere else entirely: with what has always been true about Him. Before there was ever a command to keep, a garden to tend, or a mandate to fulfil, there was a desire inside God – a people, made in His image, who could simply live in fellowship with Him. Creation was never primarily about function, it was about relationship, and if we miss that, we spend our lives trying to do for God what He has always wanted us to receive from Him. Sin didn’t remove that desire and it didn’t cause Him to reconsider. What it distorted was our ability to respond, which is why so much of the Christian life can end up feeling like striving, proving, and performing instead of simply returning. He has never withdrawn His heart. That’s where this weekend begins: not with what’s wrong with you, but with what has always been true about Him.

We’ll spend real time helping you come out of false fathering systems and the things that have quietly shaped your sense of safety and identity – including the trust we place in money and provision rather than in Him. It’s not about shame or pressure, it’s about exposure, because exposure is mercy. As trust is restored, rest becomes real, giving becomes joyful, obedience becomes simple, and the heart finally exhales.

Over the three days we’ll deal with: Face to Face with Father – Returning to God’s original intent; Confronting False-Fathers and Healing the Orphan Heart. It will be filled with personal ministry times, prophetic actions, preaching, testimony, and times of encounter. Dr Joshua Todd will be leading, bringing a team from East Gate Church Jacksonville.

“The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands; nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things.” (Acts 17:24-25)
