The Forge Leadership Academy exists to raise Kingdom-minded, Spirit-led leaders who build, lead and multiply in every sphere of society.

Welcome to The Forge!

The Forge is a one-year leadership academy designed to shape and sharpen emerging and established Kingdom leaders. Rooted in the five-fold ministry model (Ephesians 4:11–13), this program equips participants to lead with spiritual authority, maturity, and practical skill across both church and marketplace spheres.

 

Participants at The Forge will be mentored and equipped by local and international leaders, engage in transformational teaching and participate in hands-on ministry and leadership development. The Forge is a place of refining — where character meets calling, vision is forged in community, and leaders are prepared to influence cities and nations with the gospel of the Kingdom.

 

The Forge Leadership Academy runs every Friday during the school term from 9am till 3pm. Running alongside The Forge Academy will be The Forge Leadership Internship which will involve a minimum of 8 hours per week of practical and hands-on training in a particular area of passion and calling.

Academy and Internship

The Forge Leadership Academy runs every Friday of the school term from 9am till 3pm.

The Forge Internship requires involvement in The Forge Academy plus a minimum of 8 hours of engagement each week in your chosen internship stream and involvement at weekly Sunday Gatherings.

The current internship stream options include:

  • Kingdom Entrepreneurship/Business Development
  • Building Prophetic Communities/ Warfare Prayer/ Apostolic Intercession
  • Apostolic Leadership and Structures/ Developing Apostolic Communities/ Local Church Leadership
  • Inner Healing/ Deliverance
  • Shepherding People/ Shaping Culture/ Creating Healthy Communities
  • Community Services/ Interagency Partnership Development/ Local Cross-cultural Engagement

Paradox Residency

The Forge Residency is an additional option for Forge students to reside onsite at Paradox Church for the duration of their studies at an additional cost.

Rooms are dormitory style with communal bathroom, kitchen and living areas. The cost per week for accommodation will be either $200 or $250 depending on room size, which includes your own room, utilities, access to common lounge, kitchen and bathrooms and internet access.

Please note, there are minimal rooms available and approvals will be determined by The Forge staff.

Paradox Church is set on a beautiful property in the Rockingham/Baldivis region of Western Australia, approximately 40 minutes south of Perth.  Given the large, peaceful property you will have no trouble finding space to have some quiet time alone.

The Baldivis and Rockingham shopping centres are a short 10-15 minute drive by car and the stunning Rockingham Beach foreshore is only a 12 minute drive away.

Having your own form of transportation is advised as there is limited nearby access to public transport.

Cost and Inclusions

The full year cost of The Forge Leadership Academy is $1,200.00 which includes all classes and training events, 1 on 1 mentoring and access to books and resources.

Term and Semester payments are available for those who aren’t able to pay the full year up front.

There is no financial cost for the internship but spaces are limited and placement will be confirmed following an interview process.
