Freedom Ministries Deliverance Intake and Release & Disclaimer Form

The purpose of this deliverance is for spiritual growth and freedom. It is not a counseling service, nor is it intended to be. We are not licensed psychologists or psychiatrists, nor are we certified marriage or substance and alcohol abuse counsellors. We are trained in using the Word of God and prayer through the power of the Holy Spirit. The results of this approach depend on the readiness of the individual for deliverance, cooperation with the Holy Spirit's conviction, and willingness to make wise choices consistent with the teachings of Jesus Christ.

The commitment to train people in the development of deliverance skills is an ongoing aspect of our ministry therefore Trainee Ministers may be part of your ministry session. The adherence to a strict policy of confidentiality also applies to Trainees working with Deliverance Ministers.

As part of our duty of care policy, any planned or recently attempted suicide, threats to harm self or others or child abuse will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The deliverance session will include the following:
• I will have a team that consists of the deliverance leader and a minimum of 1 support person in the session. In-person sessions may include two or more support people.
• The lead deliverance minister will address any possible relevant demons with strong authority but this is not personally aimed at you -we are soft with people and strong with demons.
• Please let the lead deliverance minister know if you are uncomfortable with them putting their hand on you while praying for you and whether you give permission or not for our support team to hold you appropriately if any manifestation occurs and it's looking like you may be a danger to yourself or others?
• The lead deliverance minister will 'bring you back' often so you can gain safety that you'll always 'come back' and won't 'lose yourself'.
• You may hear answers in your mind, or words might come directly out of your mouth as a surprise, please focus on letting go and just resting your mind and rest with Jesus knowing we've got you. Allow any manifestation to come up.
• You might feel shocked by the things that are confessed in your generational line. Just know that these are not your person at sins. We will pray any trauma off you that you may experience through what you see, hear or feel.
• Sometimes I will be speaking strongly to the demon, and they will hide and you will come back forward: if that is the case and the deliverance ministers haven't recognised it and are still speaking strongly please say "its (YQUR name)" so that they know.
• Everything that is shared and confessed is held in confidentially. We will provide you with all notes that are taken during the session for you to take home. We will keep a copy of this deliverance intake and release and disclaim form.

Details and Costs for Deliverance Ministry
3 hr Sessions: the initial session addresses your family history and renouncing bloodline curses, generational iniquities, personal agreements attached to personal sin, trauma and/or emotional wounds and expelling any demonic influences attached to these. Once the initial session is done, you are more than welcome to book another 3-hour session at your discretion. These sessions also are recommended for any deep trauma and emotional wounds or for addressing any occult, witchcraft and any ritualistic practices you or immediate family members may have been involved in. There is a cost of $250 for the 3 hour session.
2 hr Sessions: for any follow up sessions needed, to deal with something particular or something new has arisen that you would like addressed. There is a cost of $170 for the 2 hour session.
Any cancellations made less than 2 days prior to your confirmed booking date, without a proven medical emergency, we ask for a cancellation fee of $100.

We have a minimum of 2 qualified deliverance ministers in each session for online and in-person sessions. In-person sessions will also have a minimum of at least 1 intercessor in the room. Both online and in person sessions may also have trainees attending as part of their learning.

Post Ministry Care
After you have received deliverance, it can be natural for things to feel different afterwards. You may have a few days where you can feel a bit lost, or your emotions can feel unstable. This can be due to some of your thoughts or mindsets are adjusting and recalibrating to the new. We strongly encourage you to reach out to friends/mentors for support over this time.

Some helpful tips are:
• Spend time with Jesus, take communion and focus on your identity in Christ
• Resist coming into agreement with any lies that might come into your mind (the deliverance didn't work; you're not really free; it's not real, etc).
